Scott felt called to ministry even as a child, but accepted that call while serving our country in the Army during Desert Storm in the early 90's.  He has been married to Susan for 24 years, and have raised two children.  His anointed preaching is Biblical and unique, and his love for people always shines through.  Susan is an excellent administrator and teacher, both with adults and children.  Her monthly Children's Church in the sanctuary is a favorite!  The Armstrongs founded Church Alive in 1997 as a daughter work from The Pentecostals of Murfreesboro, TN, Pastor Phil Depriest (who remains a friend and mentor).  For the first seven years, they met in a community center and set up everything needed for church each Sunday and Wednesday.  From humble beginnings, God has established a great congregation, with a new building, and an unlimited future.  Scott now serves our District as Home Missions Director, helping other church plants.

Jeremy & Sarah Parker - Worship Pastor

Jeremy & Sarah Parker have served as Worship Pastor for six years.  They have two children, Lauren & Jayce.  Jeremy & Sarah have been around the church all their lives, and ministers run on both sides of the family.  They are Jackson College of Ministries and MTSU alumni, and are both blessed with musical, singing, and organizational ability.  Jeremy is an accomplished pianist, bass and guitar player, singer, and fisherman! He is also an excellent preacher.  Sarah not only sings & plays, but teaches our Girls Club, and is involved in most everything.  They lead an awesome worship team, and are one main reason that our church services are filled with such sincere and contagious praise.  

Kevin & Mindy Page - Family Pastor

Kevin & Mindy have been serving as Family Pastor for two years.  They have two children, Alexia and Adin.  Their years of experience (Kevin is a Pastor's son), ministry, and personality have been a blessing to our congregation.  Kevin has a sensitivity to God's Spirit that grants the gift of discernment to operate in his life.  His is licensed with the UPCI, and is an anointed preacher.  Mindy is a talented counselor in her own right, and is a Western Kentucky alumni;  and also makes a mean chocolate cake!  They assist Pastor with much of our counseling ministry, family oriented events, and general assistance.
